Brain Boost Method is a brain training program designed to improve brain functions through neuroplasticity training. Participants learn cognitive exercises based on neuroscience to improve their brain (i.e. meditation, mental imagery, visualization). The class is part lecture, part discussion, and most importantly it includes practical neuroplasticity training sessions. Neuroplasticity training sessions can best be described as a blend of guided modern meditation, breathing exercises to increase oxygenation, and cognitive tools (focus, observation, mindfulness, thought release, etc..) designed to achieve specific physiological responses. The techniques we use are based on the results of evidence-based brain research studies from leading universities such as Harvard University, Stanford, and UCSF.
Format:
- 1.5 hours
- 1 hour instruction and discussion.
- 30 minutes of Brain Boost Method guided practice.
